What is the Most Popular Room to Remodel?

A recent poll by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry reveals that kitchens are by far the most popular room to makeover. It’s easy to understand why when you consider that homeowners who sell their houses after a kitchen remodel can get back an average of 81 percent of that investment.

And for those happy homeowners who have no interest in selling, a kitchen remodel adds value to their home in addition to improved efficiency, convenience and more enjoyment of the space that has been remade to fit their lifestyle.

Some of the most common items being added to kitchens right now include stone countertops, energy efficient appliances, large islands for extra counter space and walk-in pantries.

Replaced front door with double doors and rear patio doors with double doors. Choice Home Remodeling was our contractor to do the work. Had 2 door specialists working for 3 days. I call them specialists due to their years of experience and the pride they took in making sure everything was right. Plan on having more work done by them and highly recommend their services.
