Squire Lane Patio & Gable Roof

In this beautiful outdoor space, we custom built a reverse-style gable roof over the homeowner’s existing patio. We constructed a concrete area on the side of the patio to extend the patio to the corner of the house. We seal coated the entire concrete area to create a uniform appearance. We added a vinyl pergola on the side of the roof to cover the upper tier of the patio and installed a 6′ high privacy fence with a lattice top.

Our kids are thrilled to have their own sinks! Alyssa patiently guided us through the design choices, made recommendations and outlined the construction process. The construction phrase was very timely, and Ken Brown was available for any questions and kept us informed of the schedule and what part of the project was happening when. I was very impressed that the job was finished very close to the scheduled completion date. The Choice staff and subcontractors were all respectful of our space and did a thorough job.

Very nice showroom and great staff. Doors, windows, roofing, gutters, railings, kitchen and remodeling. Pretty much a one stop shop.
