With more space needed for a larger island in the Kitchen, structural work was completed to move 2′ into the garage. To include more space for a pantry cabinet and wider fridge, we also widened the Refrigerator wall. The main sink was relocated and window resized for a counter-set picture window with quartz sill. Included in the project, but not pictured, a closet addition onto the first floor bedroom.

Some special features of this kitchen are a pot filler over the stove, a wireless charger built into the countertop, and a fold away stand for the mixer.

 

Yorktowne Iconic Cabinetry, Cambria Quartz countertops, Tile Bar backsplash, Grothouse Lumber island top and beam cover, Delta Plumbing Fixtures, Amerock Hardware in Champagne Bronze.

 

Project included existing floor patching by D&S Flooring, Electrical by Iddings Electric, plumbing by Lanco Mechanical, HVAC by Premiere Climate LLC, and Painting by Hawk  Painters.

    We had Choice remodel our staircase with new posts, handrails, and iron balusters. It was not a "major" project, but Choice was very attentive to detail, extremely responsive, stopped by in person both during consult and again during the project started to review all details and ensure everything was as we wanted it. We hit a few bumps in the road with respect to matching colors, etc, and Tim and his crew were very quick to offer solutions that were either cost-effective or no cost at all. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all Choice employees and contractors that worked on the project. Everyone was polite, everything was clean, and the project was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Choice again.
