Farmstead Lane – Kitchen

Lititz, PA

With more space needed for a larger island in the Kitchen, structural work was completed to move 2′ into the garage. To include more space for a pantry cabinet and wider fridge, we also widened the Refrigerator wall. The main sink was relocated and window resized for a counter-set picture window with quartz sill. Included in the project, but not pictured, a closet addition onto the first floor bedroom.

Some special features of this kitchen are a pot filler over the stove, a wireless charger built into the countertop, and a fold away stand for the mixer.

Yorktowne Iconic Cabinetry, Cambria Quartz countertops, Tile Bar backsplash, Grothouse Lumber island top and beam cover, Delta Plumbing Fixtures, Amerock Hardware in Champagne Bronze.

Project included existing floor patching by D&S Flooring, Electrical by Iddings Electric, plumbing by Lanco Mechanical, HVAC by Premiere Climate LLC, and Painting by Hawk  Painters.

    Excellent
Choice Windows, Doors & More, Inc.4.8
This company is great. I had ten windows and a storm door replaced. I only found them by accident because I knew that I wanted Starmark windows and Choice Home is the local distributor. (BTW if you're replacing windows and want really good ones I would look at Starmark windows. They're not vinyl, but rather composite.) Everyone I met throughout the process was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend them for any home project you're doing.
Response from the owner:Thank you Jeff for the five star review and allowing us to work on your Fleetwood home. We are lucky to have been stumbled upon and appreciate your recommendation.
Choice home remodeling built a sturdy, beautiful, four- season room for me. I am very happy with the results. The team kept me updated during every step of the project. The work crew was professional, polite, helpful, and easy to work with. They arrived on time and cleaned up every single day. I was very impressed that they provided me with a Daily schedule for the project so I would know who would be coming to do the work and at what time.
